Data from OS agent cannot show in xormon

I just installed Xormon 2.1.0 for monitoring Hyper-V 2019 with LPAR2RRD-Win-agent-8.0.0

The data sent from powershell cannot be processed correctly by xormon. the Impact is the windows server lists & the metrics cannot display in xormon.

below the error log related the issue :

Strange entries in the systems list

We just added a new two-node Windows Server 2022 Hyper-V cluster with S2D, and now a lot of entries have been created in the system list of the left side. Aware.local is the domain name. We are using agent version 7.7.0.

How can we stop and reverse this?

Can the update time of the LPAR2RRD web page be adjusted?

Mass deployment on Windows using powershell not working

Good day

We're trying to do a mass deployment of lpar2rrd on our windows infrastructure. AIX, LINUX and SOLARIS worked great and was easy.

We've followed the installation instructions on the website, the tasks are created but the LPAR2RRD server doesn't get any data.

If we follow the GUI installation method then the host appears on the LPAR2RRD server.

Can anyone help with a working process using powershell?

i was able to uninstall the agent with the script provided without any issue but i'm still able to see the removed server on the Xormon GUI (Server + Hyper-v).

Bug with graph scaling on standalone Windows server

This server have 28 cores, and on this day it had over 80% utilization at 16h but graph shows 0.2 - 0.3 of something.

Stand-Alone Windows agent - show only storage data

The agent installed in some not Hyper-V windows show only storage data. The rest of graphical not show nothing (NaNQ)

Generated files from agent has too many errors, an a lot of references to Hyper-V an a virtualization methods.

The question is: Is the lpar2rrd agent prepared for Stand Alone, not Hyper-V machines?

I have download the latest virtual appliance and started it up successfully, added a few servers both standalone and nodes of a Hyper-V cluster but the cluster iteself is not showing in the web GUI.
Followed instructions and set appropriate rights on the cluster.

Hyper-V vethernet don't work with 10Gb

I have created a vethernet in Hyper-V, I have 2 RJ45 both Intel(R) Ethernet Connection X722 for 10GBASE-T, but the first RJ45 connected 1 Gb port and the second RG45 connected 10Gb port (physical switch 10Gb). If I connect vEthernet with first RJ45 Hyper-V work and it serf into internet else Hyper-v don't serf into internet.

Multiple VMs reporting same CPU and IO Usage. RAM is reported correctly.

I'm having trouble with some of my VMs reporting exact same CPU usage, all of them incorrect aswell.

I have 9 VMs running currently.
3 of those report their CPU just fine.

The 6 VMs reporting same CPU usage, also report their IO identical, but their RAM usage is reported correctly.

I've tried all sorts of configurations
- Agent running on host server with AD
- Agent running on each VM

I have systems in AWS Cloud, will this still work??

I tried to do the installation but nothing happened. I used a local admin account on the host, which is an EC2 instance, I am able to connect to the lpar2rrd server (which has a ton of systems in it - this is the first Hyper-V or Windows though) and there are no errors when I run the setup.vbs although I don't see anything in the defined install directory and nothing is sent to the lpar2rrd server it would seem.

Are there use cases to just install the Windows Server Agent ignoring the Hyper-V integration?

I'm experiencing an issue with the installation process of the tool, when i run the "setup.vbs", it install the tool perfectly. But after the 30 minutes stipulated for replication, it does not show the Hyper-V tab on my Dashbord.

sent all logs and screenshots to support@lpar2rrd.com. The agent to the server sends all the files in the folder appear. Load_hyperv.sh runs without errors. What could be the problem ?

How to add Cluster Hyper-v

After adding all the cluster nodes Hyper-v to the monitoring, they are visible on the site, but they do not appear to cluster as a demo site.
The FailoverCluster snap-in is installed on the agent and the necessary rights to the cluster are assigned. What could be the reason?

First of all, I want to congratulate you on your excellent program.

I'm testing the LPAR2RRD on a Hyper-V cluster, but I came across a issues.

I had problems with the hosts where I put the agent to run because in the script I verified that the following query is done ($ Comps = Get-ADComputer -filter *), our AD has 23000 objects, which originates the launch of 23000 jobs , eventually depleting the hosts' resources.

I do not realize the need to include this in the agent!
Can someone help me?
